Janette Luviano is a journalist with 25+ years in mass media, including over 20 years in broadcast TV at Univision and Telemundo, where she served as News Director in Washington, DC. With professional experience in Mexico, Spain, the U.S., and China, she holds a degree in Communication Sciences and a master’s in Psychology and Education.

She is also a media consultant, leading public speaking engagements and workshops focused on communications, storytelling, and leadership.

Today, she is Director of Programs at Sachamama, where she leads Huella Zero, its environmental news platform, and the Climate Hub, advancing Latino climate leadership and community empowerment.
