Jannik is a five-time Microsoft MVP and currently holds dual MVP recognition in AI Platform and Security, bringing together two disciplines that are becoming increasingly connected: enterprise AI and modern endpoint security.

Before joining Epic Fusion, Jannik spent 11 years at BASF. He began with an IT apprenticeship and progressed to Senior Solution Architect for Modern Device Management and Technical Lead and Lead Architect for AIOps. During this time, he designed and built an enterprise AI framework from the ground up that reached more than 70,000 active users and supported IT operations for over 120,000 employees. His work focused on using automation and AI to detect and resolve issues proactively, before they affected the end user.
