My name is Jannik Reinhard and I'm 28 years old. I work as Head of AI & Lead Epic Fusion Germany GmbH — the German arm of Epic Fusion AG, a Swiss Microsoft consultancy founded in 2021 in Bern. Epic Fusion is won the global Microsoft Partner of the Year 2024 and helps organizations build secure, cloud-native digital workplaces by uniting people, processes, and Microsoft technology under the philosophy "digital first, humans not second." Core offerings include Modern Workplace transformation on Microsoft 365, Cloud Security & Zero Trust, AI solutions, business automation and Managed Workplace services.

I hold dual Microsoft MVP status in Security (Intune) and AI Platform (Microsoft Foundry) — one of very few MVPs worldwide recognized in both disciplines simultaneously.

Before Epic Fusion, I spent 11 years at BASF, the world's largest chemical company. Starting with an IT apprenticeship, I advanced to Senior Solution Architect for Modern Device Management and Technical Lead/Lead Architect for AIOps. There I designed and built an enterprise AI framework from scratch that reached 70,000+ active users and supported IT operations for over 120,000 employees — focused on detecting and resolving issues proactively before they reach the end user.
