Over the last decade he has focused the majority of his energy on helping business teams and technology teams be successful through an obsessive approach to regaining business trust in technology outcomes.

The most important thing for him is focusing on building great & diverse technology teams where team members aren’t forced into cookie cutter profiles and are exponentially greater than the sum of their parts.
