Javier Hernández Vargas (Francisco Javier Hernández Vargas) is CEO Latin America at UTO Capital, where in 2026 he leads the regional launch of an investment platform built on Swiss technology and MT5, with Chile, Ecuador and Peru first. He is also CEO of D24, an international payments platform for fintech and gambling, and CEO & co-founder of Trade360, B2B commercial infrastructure for the trading industry in Latin America.

He has spent fourteen years leading regulated markets. He was Head of LATAM at D Prime, with fifteen markets and 43 IBs and partners; LATAM Director Mexico & Central America at HFM, with a USD 448M portfolio and 113,000 clients; and Head of LATAM Andean Region at Libertex. He is a CFA charterholder and FINRA Series 7 licensee and is completing the Wharton Executive MBA. He spoke at Wealth Expo Argentina 2025 and Paris Blockchain Week 2026 and is writing two books for HASI Financial Publishing. Argentine, he works across Latin America and speaks Spanish, English and German.
