For over fifteen years I've brought my own personal brand of caffeine-fueled tomfoolery to classrooms, boardrooms, and conference centers. A series of global misadventures has bounced me through several countries, three continents, two career changes, and given me a unique perspective on the value of a growth mindset. I've been a teacher, corporate trainer, agile coach and varying shades of in-between but somehow through it all I've managed to maintain a healthy level of insanity while promoting the values of collaboration, delivery, trust, and growth.
