Both an accomplished journalist and communications professional, Jay is primarily responsible for overseeing the company's UI/UX efforts. Jay conducts client and user interviews, and oversees the planning, execution, and analysis of tree tests, card sorts, first-click testing, and moderated user testing. He then translates that information into actionable content strategy plans to ensure that audiences are delivering the right message to the right people, in the way that best aligns to their needs. Jay is also an advocate for universal accessibility and sits on and/or chairs a number of accessibility boards both municipally and provincially.
