Jay Shaffer is the Market Director for VentureSouth Chattanooga, Board Member of Atlanta Technology Angels (ATA). Jay co-leads the ATA Screening Committee and leads the Analyst Program.

Jay is a serial entrepreneur, Angel Investor, and Mentor combining product management, operations, and lean startup experience.

Jay holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a BS Chemistry, from Washington and Lee University.
