Jaycee is a Senior Product Design at GitHub and Ethical Conversion Design Consultant.

At GitHub she works on Growth for Copilot.

She previously designed the Blinkist subscription screen pattern that is now recommended by Apple, Google and adopted across the industry. She has spoke about ethical conversion on podcasts (SubClub, It Shipped That Way, etc.), has been a guest speaker at Hyper Island, and her work is used at Nielson Norman Group.

Prior to that, she was CEO at avocado bots, where she built Assistants with a 98% success rate for companies like Zalando. Her writing on this is used as a resource at UC Berkeley.
