Jean Goyat is the VDC Business Unit Manager for the Bay Area at DPR Construction, with an interest in creating & overseeing the implementation of best-practices that support the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) process locally & across the country. Currently leading business development efforts from a VDC point of view for the Bay Area (DPR Construction's largest Business Unit), his expertise focuses around mega-projects and the inherent challenges they entail specifically around communication and data management as well as assisting ongoing projects in the execution of the BIM strategy when necessary.
