Jeff is an outgoing agile leader, trainer and coach. He is motivated by developing self-sufficiency, both in himself and in others. After working for many years as a software engineer and project manager he discovered agile ways of working. He now trains software engineers in how to develop highly cohesive and productive teams, and coaches a few individuals to help them achieve their greatest desires. During much of the year Jeff cohosts agile coaching circles to enable individuals to practice what they've learned, contributes to the global working group evolving the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel, and speaks at conferences to share his experiences in agile ways of working.
