For over a decade, Jeff Kluever has designed and delivered professional development to help individuals and organizations achieve optimal performance through intentional culture building and leadership development. Currently, Jeff is the Director of Corporate Training for MidAmerican Energy and the owner of JEK Creative, and has worked with organizations such as Principal Financial Group, the NCAA, Hy-Vee, Elite Casino Resorts, and Drake University, among others, to help their leaders positively impact culture and performance.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Grinnell College and master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Carroll University. He has worked as teacher, high school and college football coach, the Executive Director of a history museum, and Education Supervisor at a Civil War battlefield and plantation, and as the Director of Programs for The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University. He has published a novel, Waking the Shadows, and delivers historical tours and presentations across the country.
