Jen is a leading school based mental health expert. With over 15 years of experience both in direct services and in program development, Jen has been fortunate to see both sides of school districts serving an elementary and high schools as well as the district office. She has advocated for, developed and written three handbooks for Fremont Unified School District including, The Associate Marriage and Family Therapist handbook, Student Support Team handbook and Crisis Prevention and Intervention handbook. She trains teams annually on school based mental health and crisis response. Additionally, Jen has joined the team at TadHealth to advocate for school based mental health.
