Dr. Jennifer Burr currently serves as a Data Solutions Consultant at Region 10 Education Service Center, specializing in Emergent Bilingual program compliance throughout Texas. In addition to her work at Region 10 ESC, Dr. Burr is a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she mentors pre-service math and science teachers in the UTeach Program, focusing on linguistic strategies and coaching.
