Having found myself arriving late to the world of neurodiversity I have spent the last couple of years unpicking what that means both for me and those around me. Informed by both my training in executive function coaching and my career in data visualisation I'm keen to use my lived experience to articulate the barriers that neurodiverse people can experience, and the steps we can all take to lower and remove those barriers.
