Jeremy Baker is a commissioner on the Utah Privacy Commission and a cybersecurity leader focused on building secure and compliant technology programs. He currently serves as an Application Security Engineer at Priority Dispatch Corporation, where he is building an ISO 27001–aligned application security program. Jeremy previously served as Director of Information and Product Security and has worked across industries including AI, healthcare, robotics, IoT, and SaaS, implementing programs aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA SaMD cybersecurity guidance. His experience also includes global data privacy programs spanning the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, and South Africa. Also, he is adjunct faculty teaching advanced digital forensics at Utah Valley University, where he earned both his M.S. in Cybersecurity and B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Science.
