吳柏翰（Jerry Wu）是APMIC創辦人暨執行長，擅長自然語言理解及機器學習應用。Jerry Wu於2017年帶領團隊創辦APMIC (Accelerate Private Machine Intelligence Company)，以自然語言理解理解(NLU)技術為核心，開發出在地化大型語言模型「CaiGunn開講」，致力於提供企業自主AI解決方案，同時產品也獲得NVIDIA AI Accelerated、NVIDIA Cloud Validated的認證。吳柏翰於2019年成為Google機器學習開發專家(GDE)，至今投入Google 語言模型技術研究與推廣已超過13年。在創立APMIC之前，吳柏翰曾擔任裕隆集團首位資深資料科學家，領導進行車上語音助理、知識管理、車聯網等前瞻技術的研究。同時，他也是台灣第一家開放資料顧問公司共同創辦人兼技術長，累積充分的AI相關產業發展經驗。吳柏翰亦曾擔任台科大資訊管理課程的講師多年，培育無數學生投入軟體開發，曾獲得教師教學優良獎。

Jerry Wu is a Google Developer Expert (GDE) in Machine Learning and the Founder of APMIC (Accelerate Private Machine Intelligence Company). Before joining GDE, Jerry led product and engineering at APMIC, where he developed GPT turnkey solutions that were ranked #1 for NVIDIA platforms in 2023. These solutions enabled enterprises to build their own enterprise-grade AI, reaching over 5,000,000 individuals.

Prior to APMIC, Jerry worked as a data scientist at Yulon Motor, managing the data services platform that powered the Car Voice Assistants. He also led product and engineering for Internet of Vehicles experiences. Jerry is currently a Doctoral Candidate at NTUST with a focus on Machine Intelligence and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
