As co-founder, director of programming, and lead facilitator at Kaleidoscope Training Center, Jesse Greenfield, MPH, CHES (they/them) facilitates applied improvisation workshops to support individuals and teams in improving their communication, fostering environments of psychological safety, and being more flexible and resilient. Some groups they have worked with in this capacity include medical professionals, school staff, social workers, queer youth, and more. Jesse can support you in creating accessible and inclusive environments through active listening, approaching work and life from a “yes, and...” mindset, and demonstrating how responding compassionately and authentically is vital to effective collaboration.
