An entrepreneur, media coach and consultant, Jesse is uniquely known for combining a precise attention to detail with pure artistic creativity. Formerly a professional musician, published composer, educator, and tenured percussionist in "The Commandant's Own" U.S. Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, Jesse has spent over a decade immersed in elite performance ensembles and working on multi-media productions across a variety of creative disciplines.

Upon the honorable completion of his enlistment with the Marine Corps in 2020, Jesse Sieff was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his profound impact on the unit’s outreach and recruiting mission in his secondary role as the NCOIC of the Public Affairs Office. Through creative media campaigns, video production and strategic communications, Jesse's work was attributed to increasing the unit’s following by 350% and total reach over 5.2 million impressions worldwide.

Today, his focus is helping leaders in workforce development make better investment in time, attention, and talent through strategic communications, training, and creative digital marketing. In January of 2021, Jesse embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship and founded Sieff Studios to continue sharing his talents and serving the public. Jesse lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife (an active duty Marine musician) and twin daughters while running multiple ventures, including a state of the art, home-based recording studio.
