I am a seasoned product executive with over 15 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, including e-commerce, real estate, and travel. My career is driven by a passion for tackling challenging customer problems, shaping impactful customer experience strategies, and fostering the growth of product development teams.

Since 2023, I am working as product management consultant for tech executives. I consult on strategy topics, people development questions as well as organizational design. I hold keynotes and workshops and do interim leadership roles for product development teams.

Until the end of 2022, I have successfully led and orchestrated large cross-functional teams, comprising more than 100 individuals. During this time, I've spearheaded transformative 0-to-1 product launches, as well as orchestrated significant enhancements for existing products, driving growth and innovation.

I possess a strong aptitude for translating complex problems into compelling narratives, whether it's crafting visionary documents, formulating long-term strategic plans, or mapping out actionable operational strategies.
