Jessica Frasier is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Certified Trauma Practitioner and an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist. She is the founder of Hope Again PLLC in Friendswood, TX. Jessica graduated from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with her Masters degree in Community and School Counseling in 2015.

Jessica has a unique passion for helping people through grief, as her personal loss experiences are what guided her in the direction of becoming a mental health counselor. She is also passionate about nutrition and how our lifestyles contribute to our mental health (both positive and negative).

She has provided counseling services in the school setting, private practice, as well as trauma centers. When she is not speaking at conferences or doing hands on workshops, she is working one on one with children and adults or hosting wellness retreats for women. She believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Each client is unique and each treatment plan is individually tailored as such.
