As a Customer Success Manager Modern Work in Microsoft, I work with Italian enterprise customers in FSI industry to help them to maximize the M365 investment through Teams platform.

“Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more” is the Microsoft Mission, I strongly believe in it and I do my best every day to make everyone aware of it working with customers to make their environment more inclusive and accessible with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office apps, Teams and Azure). I occasionally present accessibility and inclusivity topics to a larger audience like at Ignite on Tour in Milan 2019.

I contribute to build and maintain multiple Microsoft Teams technical offering materials used by Microsoft Services.

Public speaker at Microsoft events (like Microsoft Ready 2019, Ignite on Tour @ Milan 2019), customer events and community events.

Previously, I worked on SharePoint and .NET technologies since 2010, first as developer .NET on SharePoint 2007, then worked as solution engineer and architect on SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/Online following enterprise customers.
