Dr. Jill Buterbaugh is a certified family nurse practitioner with 26 years of advanced practice experience. She is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Frostburg State University where she has served as the NP Program Director and FNP Program Coordinator since 2015. Living and working in rural healthcare settings has provided the opportunity for her to work in various settings including primary care, pediatrics, surgery, hospice, cardiology, long-term care, and wound care. She is a published author of articles and textbook chapters and has presented lectures to physician residents and nurses of all levels at local, regional, and state meetings and conferences throughout her career.
