Dr. Jill White is the Executive Director of Student Services for Cedar Falls Schools. Jill is a licensed School Psychologist and School Administrator with a passion for ensuring all students and teachers feel safe, supported, and valued at school. With a personal mission of empowering and equipping educators to provide unconditional care for every student, Jill believes we all learn best when we feel seen and heard by our leaders.

Jill has 17 years of experience in public education and three graduate degrees in the areas of education, leadership, and psychology. She recently completed her Doctorate Degree at the University of Northern Iowa with a dissertation on Teacher Happiness and its relationship with resilience and retention.
