Jillian is an entry-level higher education professional with a passion for residence life, student development, leadership, and staff wellness. She is an active member of the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) and has been since 2023. She enjoys exploring the RA experience and learning how to be an impactful supervisor. In the past, she has presented on topics such as team connectedness, and she has written an article discussing how to bolster team resilience prior to a crisis.
