Jim Mathis is a bestselling author, International Platform Certified Speaking Professional, Certified Speaking Professional, and a Certified Speaker & Trainer with the International John Maxwell Leadership Team. He has been writing, speaking and consulting for over 40 years internationally. Jim helps business leaders who want to reinvent their organizations in changing and challenging economic climates. He leads energetic, entertaining and interactive business growth presentations for leaders across many industries internationally.
A graduate of Mercer University in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Arts (1978) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity (1980), Jim served in the ministry for over 3 decades. He began professional training for leaders with the Southern Baptist Convention in 1985 and started his own training and speaking business in 2002. Since then, he has spoken for thousands of people internationally.
