Jim McGlone is the Chief Technology Officer at Automation Strategy & Performance, with extensive experience in industrial, process, and building control systems, networking, and cybersecurity. A former submarine nuclear reactor operator in the Navy, Jim developed emerging technology businesses at Rockwell Automation and served as Vice President of Tridium, leading strategic initiatives. He also held leadership roles at Ultra Electronics and Kenexis. Jim is a certified Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional and co-author of the ISA book “Security PHA Review.” He holds degrees in nuclear technology, computer technology, and an MBA in international business.
