HIGHER ED SUMMIT | How Drupal Rescued Georgia Tech’s International Students During and Post-Pandemic
I'm thrilled to share my experience with you about how Drupal played a crucial role in transforming Georgia Tech's traditional, in-person advising platform for international students into a virtual platform during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 20,000 students have already used this new platform, and I'll walk you through the tools I used and the valuable insights I gained throughout the process.
I strongly believe that virtual advising is the future of academic advising. It offers more convenience for students, improved efficiency for advisors, and enhanced affordability for institutions. My experience has shown me Drupal modules and solid security can act as the glue to tie multiple systems together seamlessly.
