Dr. Jiwoo Lee is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Lee's research focuses on enhancing nutrition-related health equity. She has served as a principal investigator, co-investigator, and research associate on federally funded grants focusing on evaluating and developing community-based interventions that aimed to support nutrition security, diet quality, and healthy weight of children and parents.
