Joan Santoso is a Google Developer Expert in AI and Google Cloud, AI/ML Surabaya (previous was Tensorflow User Group Surabaya) Lead Organizer, and Google Developer Group Surabaya Co-Organizer. He is also a Director of the Research and Innovation Center at Institut Sains dan Teknologi Terpadu Surabaya (ISTTS) in Indonesia and Vice Rector Academic Affairs at Institut Informatika Indonesia. His research is focused on machine learning for natural language processing and knowledge engineering.
