Joanne Skiles is a hands-on engineering leader with 16+ years of experience designing secure, high-performance cloud systems. She has held Director and Senior Manager roles across healthcare AI, fintech, and health tech, leading global engineering teams and shaping complex platform architectures. An AWS Community Builder since 2020, Joanne has spoken at AWS re:Invent, AWS Summits in DC and Toronto, and the Grace Hopper Celebration.
