I have been an open source enthusiast ever since I got in touch with Linux back in 1994.

In 1999, I worked as a Java developer at a startup company, which subsequently went IPO.

In 2001 I discovered JBoss and decided to write a Diploma Thesis on Computer Science at the University of Applied Science in Dortmund with and about JBoss in 2004, joining a Telecommunications company in Düsseldorf the same year.

In 2012 I joined Red Hat helping customers on their transformation journey.
