Joel Roberts is an architect within Cisco’s Customer Experience Organization. He is responsible for the discovery of business requirements and the design of distributed, scalable, and secure systems that enable Cisco’s largest customers. Current focus areas include end-to-end architectures, cloud native applications, observability and SRE/DevOps/NetDevOps. Joel is a CCIE No. 21858, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), speaker, author, and active within Open Source communities.
