Joel is a consultant and full stack software developer. He has more than a decade experience of developing using Java Enterprise and various web frameworks mostly in the governmental sector. The past five years, he has been working with a focus on frontend development including Angular, Vue and other frameworks at scale.

Joel is based in Östersund, Sweden, working with clients onsite and remote.
