John Helms brings nearly 30 years of experience to the IT industry, currently serving as Director of Product Management for Cybersecurity at ConnectWise. His career journey began after playing soccer for the Delta State University "Fighting Okra," and includes eight years in the enterprise space in Memphis, TN, followed by another eight years supporting MSPs in Greenwood, MS. John joined ConnectWise in 2011, initially with the support team before transitioning to product management for ConnectWise Automate. Outside of work, John and his wife dedicate their time to their non-profit, the Salty Soul Foundation, focused on cleaning beaches and waterways across three states.
