Recently I have advised clients in the metaverse space on enforcement of intellectual property rights, including in relation to trade marks, brands and logos, works of art and designs.
As a member of the Tech London Advocates Blockchain and Regulatory working group, I contributed to the Intellectual Property section of the Blockchain guidance published by the Law Society.
