I have been working in software development for over 20 years, in roles ranging from development to CTO. While I've worked in a lot of areas, data and data movement has been a focus since 2001, with experience in data integration, data performance management, data warehousing, and business intelligence products and services. I was awarded as a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP) 2009 - 2016 and I am an SSAS Maestro. I do a lot of speaking, having given presentations at Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) conferences, the Microsoft Business Intelligence conference, Software Development West (SD West), Software Management Conference (ASM/SM), SQL Bits, and others. I've also contributed to a few books on SQL Server and business intelligence.
