Jonathan is an entrepreneur and an executive consultant with over 24 years of experiences in providing business solutions enabled through enterprise technologies and tools such as CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Teams. Over the years, he has worked with fortune 100 companies, public sector organizations and as well as small/midsize businesses. Jonathan currently helps organizations implement Microsoft Teams solution and also assist them with user adoption.

He currently works for CCS Technology Group as VP of Professional Services providing CRM, ERP, Microsoft Teams, and Project Management services.

Jonathan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Unisys Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and certified Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) facilitator.

Jonathan has BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a minor in East Asian Studies. He is also a graduate of Project Management Institute Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC) 2015.
