CVA6-CHERI - An Open-source RV64Y Implementation for Commercialization

We will follow the journey of CHERI on CVA6 from a research project at Zero-Day labs with 58% logic overhead for the core, and 23% cycle time overhead, through refinement at Capabilities Limited to reach 35% logic overhead and running at the original frequency, while migrating to the soon-to-be ratified RV64Y standard.
