With 16 years of experience at Baylor University, Jordy Dickey serves as the Director of Student Activities, where she provides strategic leadership for student engagement, campus traditions, and co-curricular experiences. An active member of the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) since 2016, Jordy has contributed to the organization through a variety of leadership roles that reflect her commitment to professional development, inclusive practices, and advancing the student affairs profession.

Her ACUI service began as the Region II Web & Social Media Coordinator (2016–2018). She later served as Education Session Co-Chair for the 2020 Annual Conference Program Team (2017–2020), Co-Leader of the Sustainability Community of Practice (2019–2021), and an At-Large Member of the ACUI Board of Trustees (2020–2022). Today, Jordy continues her involvement as Co-Chair of the Education and Research Fund and as a Digital Badge Instructor for Inclusive Spaces, helping develop and support professionals across higher education.
