Why? Because most Agile frameworks assume the team is the right unit. And yes, most of the time teams are great. But they’re not always the answer.
Our work happens in a VUCA/BANI world. We must turn uncertain ideas into real products fast. This requires structures that are flexible, adaptive, and dynamic.
What if we treated work like a virus? The moment it appears, we assemble the right mix of skills to tackle it, deliver or discard it quickly, then re-assess the team structure. New work? New team. Repeat.
In this session, Jose will share stories, experiments, and actionable ideas you can take back to your own context.

Organisations know that achieving better Business Agility is key for their long-term survival. However, most Agile Transformations fail to deliver their expected outcomes.
