Josephine is a part of the Partner and Customer Growth team within the Microsoft Business Central Engineering department. She manages the Concierge Program, where she works closely with partners to accelerate growth and streamline success in Business Central acquisitions, implementations and migrations. At Directions EMEA, Josephine will share insights on optimizing partner success through the Microsoft Programs and leveraging community resources.
