Josh has been working on Apache Cassandra for a decade, spearheading Windows Support, CDC, a wide variety of guardrails, and various community, CI, and quality initiatives. He's served as the PMC Chair for Cassandra since early 2023 and has specific interests around open source community health, project velocity, and preservation of the bar of quality while maintaining velocity on large software projects as they mature.
