Joshua Sipe (he/him) brings a student-centered approach to his work in higher education, grounded in his belief in showing up authentically, meeting students where they are, and empowering them to take ownership of their experience. With a coaching certificate from NYU and currently completing his International Coaching Federation Certification, Joshua combines formal coaching training with practical experience across diverse higher education settings, including highly selective private colleges, large state universities, and small private institutions. This breadth of experience has deepened his understanding of how to effectively support student development across varied institutional contexts and student populations.
