Vizualizacija je (pre)dugo zanemareni dio prikaza podataka. Uglavnom se svodi(la) na prikaz grafova koje bi generirao neki alat, pritome ne pridajući pažnju na vrstu podataka i publiku, cime se znacajno gubilo na kvaliteti.
Ovo predavanje će prikazati, na temelju kultne knjige ovog područja ( https://www.edwardtufte.com/tufte/ ), te mnogim primjerima iz stvarnog života ( kroz olovku papir te kroz Tableau ) pokušati prikazati koliko zapravo gubimo ukoliko samo "crtamo grafove napamet".
Također, prijedlog je i vrlo ekskluzivna radionica, u trajanju od 4 sata, gdje bi publika i sama mogla sudjelovati u izvedbi vizualizacija, neovisno o njihovom alatu.

Data Visualization with Python
Based on data visualization bootcamp, held multiple times with excellent reviews, this would be hands-on workshop, with Python as backend, on data visualization - how to present data in a way that would best target audience, in format and content. It is a full-day workshop, can also be made less ( 4 hours or session ), and will guide participants on data visualization best practices, best Python library recommendations and general practices in this field.
