Joyce Achieng Ochieng is a software engineer, entrepreneur and AI security advocate based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of CrimsonSync, a blood bank management platform tackling blood shortages across Africa through predictive analytics and real-time inventory intelligence and the Co-Founder of TagWave, an emerging tech startup bringing innovative NFC solutions to the African market.
Joyce brings hands-on experience building AI systems through her work as a Software Engineer at Microsoft where she works on the M365 AI Experiences team.
