James R. Andrews builds data and automation systems for small businesses through InnerShift Business Systems and developed ReHuman, a method for deciding where automated systems belong in decisions about people. He holds a B.S. in Commerce (MIS) from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from Howard University, and a D.Min. from Emory's Candler School of Theology, and has completed AI ethics and governance training through the University of Helsinki and the Linux Foundation. He serves as a Captain and Chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserve and lives in Charlotte.
