Juan Bell is a product and growth operator who has spent his career inside high-growth tech companies, diagnosing what is blocking growth and building the systems to move it. He has led growth across consumer platforms, edtech, and marketplace businesses, including launching a tutoring product from zero during COVID and scaling it to several million in sales before the company was acquired.

He now runs Root and Scale Labs, a consultancy that helps founder-led SaaS and marketplace teams get clear on their biggest growth constraint before they spend time and money scaling the wrong thing.
