3 months ago we started a new approach in our product design meetings. A new version of Google Design Sprints and Design Thinking, both methodologies centered in the user as a main factor, adapted to the travel industry.
User Value Proposition Matrix, User research, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Iteration and Implementation, all combined to get the best results in a lean environment.
