Juan C. Ruiz is a software engineer, community leader, and mentor that loves knowledge sharing and teamwork. He is part of the X-Team community where Senior Developers are connected with companies that looks for remote talent. Since 2013 he has been participating in different technological communities and mentorship programs like RubyMe, trying to help others to accelerate their careers in engineering and software development. Currently, he is a co-organizer of a local meetup called Calzada Code where the community shares their knowledge about software development.
