Jürgen Dittmar is an organizational psychologist, systemic organizational consultant and owner of the consultancy cocondi. He works with leadership teams in industrial and technology companies, helping them understand the development of their organization as their own, ongoing leadership responsibility, especially now under the pressure of the AI transformation. Before going independent in 2011, he spent around ten years in IT leadership roles at Telefónica O2. Since then, he has guided more than 6,000 people on their journey to agile leadership in over 500 trainings on Management 3.0, unFIX and Scrum. For M3K, the successor organization to Management 3.0, he co-developed the workshop "New Fundamentals: Leadership in the Age of AI". In recent years, he has engaged intensively and hands-on with the use of AI and its impact on organizations through several professional development programs. For his own company, he is currently building an organization of more than 20 AI agents and brings the insights from this work into his practice with leadership teams.

Bei M3K, der Folgeorganisation von Management 3.0, hat er den Workshop „New Fundamentals: Leadership in the Age of AI“ mitentwickelt. Mit KI beschäftigt er sich seit einigen Jahren in mehreren Weiterbildungen und vor allem in der Praxis: Für sein eigenes Unternehmen baut er gerade eine Organisation mit über 20 KI-Agenten auf. Die Erfahrungen daraus fließen direkt in seine Arbeit mit Führungsteams ein.
